Responsibilities:
- Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Anticipate client’s future needs and recruit accordingly.
- Consistently prospect and pursue new clients.
- Match applicant skill sets to the needs of clients.
Requirement:
- A minimum of Five years’ experience in staffing preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to increase company revenue by acquiring new clients and growing current accounts.
- Ability to work well as a team.
