Staffing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Anticipate client’s future needs and recruit accordingly.
  • Consistently prospect and pursue new clients.
  • Match applicant skill sets to the needs of clients.

Requirement:

  • A minimum of Five years’ experience in staffing preferred.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Ability to increase company revenue by acquiring new clients and growing current accounts.
  • Ability to work well as a team.
